POCKET SOUND BATH - TERMS OF USE (EULA)

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using Pocket Sound Bath ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

2.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Pocket Sound Bath offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

**BASE PLAN**

- Monthly: $6.99 USD per month

- Annual: $39.00 USD per year (save 54%)

**PLUS PLAN**

- Monthly: $9.99 USD per month  

- Annual: $49.00 USD per year (save 59%)

2.2 Free Trial

All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

2.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.

2.4 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of any subscription period.

2.5 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

2.6 Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are handled according to Apple's App Store refund policy. Contact Apple Support for refund requests.

3. LICENSE GRANT

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the App, including but not limited to audio files, images, text, and software, is owned by MyerSoft Solutions, LLC dba Pocket Sound Bath and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of any recordings you create using the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to store and process your recordings solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. THE APP IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE OR TREATMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

ANALYTICS & DATA COLLECTION

Pocket Sound Bath uses third-party analytics services to improve your experience. By using this app, you agree to the following:

We use Amplitude to understand how you interact with our app. This includes:

• App usage patterns (when you open/close the app)

• Feature interactions (listening sessions, bowl selections)

Amplitude does NOT collect:

• Personal identifying information

• Audio recordings

• Location data

• Contacts or photos
